EMPOWER YOURSELF: From Achiever To Champion Achiever
From Achiever To Champion Achiever
From Achiever To Champion Achiever
You have achieved much in your life. However, do you want to be a Champion Achiever? If you want to be a Champion, you need to raise your performance in all critical areas of your life: finances and career, relationships, health and diet, spiritual journey, and personal development.
• Clarity of your intention
• Passion in carrying out your intention
• Consistent unstoppable relevant action
You must be clear about what you want. Your intention must also be precise, and simply expressed to give you power to accomplish it. Being specific about what you want facilitates your terrific personal response. Generating passion as you pursue your intention is crucial to success.
Passion will give you the energy to overcome distractions and hurdles that present themselves. Passion is produced when your desire is strong and unstoppable. Passion is your emotional response that overcomes matters that are not really aligned to your strong priority key desires. Through new action strive to be a Champion Achiever.
Action is the element that brings together your intention, and the expected results of your intention. Your action must be structured, and consistent. If you are not consistent, you are non-existent. Consider the consistency of the sun that permits times of daily tides to be known far in advance, and phases of the moon to be correctly predicted years in advance.
Moreover, consider the consistency of the action of your heart pumping blood to your whole body, and then resting. This consistency gives you life, and permits the doctor to assess your life condition through your resultant heartbeat. Be the Champion Achiever that you can be!

EMPOWER YOURSELF: Your golden victory is to conquer yourself
Your golden victory is to conquer yourself
Your golden victory is to conquer yourself
A friend of mine who plays golf regularly said that one of his traits is to try to control, and direct everyone and everything around him. On reflection, he saw the difficulty of this fetish to control, as he was not even able to control a small golf ball. At each hole on the golf course, he could not sink the ball in the number of strokes he desired.
Then there is the story of the man who was reflecting on his dying bed. As a young man in his 20’s he tried to integrate the Caribbean People and he failed. In his 30’s he tried to change the people of Trinidad and Tobago to be more National conscious, and he failed. In his 50’s he tried to change his immediate community; he failed. In his 60’s he tried to change his family to become well knitted and thereby impact other families. He failed.
Now in his 70’s, on his dying bed he understood that the only thing he really had control over was himself. He could conquer his fears, foibles and failures. If he conquered himself, he would be the model that would lead others to conquer themselves. The golden victory is thus to conquer your own self. Reflect, and act to conquer yourself. That is, do all in your power to release the uniqueness that you have to offer the world.

EMPOWER YOURSELF: You Are Your Worst Enemy
You Are Your Worst Enemy
You are your worst enemy
Your thoughts moment by moment define you. This means that your constant negativity about every matter that confronts you, dull your brilliance, and weaken your success.
You Can Create The Life You Want. You determine your own destiny. God has a permissive will, and a divine will. Nothing occurs unless God permits it, as everything occurs by His permission, but He does not directly make it take place. By His gift of your personal choice you can do whatever you choose. You are responsible for what you reap, through what you sow.
Just as there are physical laws, for example, the Law of Gravity, there are spiritual laws. Both sets of laws work irrespective of who you are. Your present position in life is the result of the manner in which you obeyed both sets of laws. So, don’t blame God for your situation, or anyone else for that matter.
God wants the best for His children. His divine will establishes all the good He wants for you. However, He has given you the gift of choice, and you are free to disregard what good things He has in store for you by not observing His laws.
The law of attraction is a powerful tool for designing the life you want. The law simply states that what you put your attention, or mind, on continuously, powerfully, and with feeling, manifests in your life. This means that you can deliberately create the life you want. Hence, the law of deliberate creation exists.
Another link to these two laws is the law of allowing: this law is somewhat difficult to grasp. What you resist persists. Thus, you have to allow what you do not want. That is, you do not resist it, but let it exist neutrally, alongside what you do want.
In the midst of this, you have access to an Inner Guidance that points you to appropriate action. You have to learn how to recognize the urgings of your Inner Guidance, and how to test whether the directions are coming from the logic of your mind, or from the ‘knowing’ that is in you.
The key is that if you follow these three laws of Attraction, Deliberate Creation, and Allowing you can identify, design, create, and live the life you want.

Nurture Your Unique Talents
Nurture your unique talents
International and national icons exude positive energy. However, while each icon is special, he/she cannot excel in all fields. For example, Roger Federer, male tennis champion, cannot excel in boxing. Brian Lara, world cricket champion cannot excel in football. Serena Williams, ladies tennis champion, cannot excel in ice- skating. President Barack Obama, the great politician, cannot excel in baseball. The common factor is that each icon nurtured and developed his or her special skill. What about you?
Each of us has a special part to play in the design of the Universe. Ensure that you play your part well. Reflect and identify the area that people praise you for most. Develop that gift to its fullest. Your unique contribution that you have to make to society may not appear important, but it is. A little salt may not appear important but it makes all the difference to the final taste of the food. So too is the contribution that you have to make to society.
You may ask what can I contribute? Your contribution is to develop fully whatever you are best at doing. It may be your career, family, sports, spirituality, caring for others, or whatever it is that you excel at. Step up to the plate. Raise the stakes. Believe in yourself. Awake and let your brilliance shine. Polish the diamond that you are. You can do it. Think uplifting thoughts, and act with intentionality to achieve your dreams, while fulfilling your life’s destiny. Go for it!
