THE MAGIC OF THINKING

The Magic of Thinking

Your every action and situation is controlled by the way you continuously think. The magic of thinking is such that, you manifest in your life what you habitually think about. However, every thought you have does not necessarily manifest. Also, your thinking is both conscious and unconscious.

Control your thinking

Begin today to consciously reflect on the stories you keep telling yourself with respect to all aspects of your life. Review your self- talk, embrace, and only focus on positive aspects.

When you think about something, keep your attention on it, and you will begin to see the possibilities Have thoughts about yourself that lift your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Every action that you take began as a thought. Change the thinking that governs your actions, and you will change your life. You have the power to replace negative thinking.

Cleaning your home in preparation for a festive occasion gets rid of things that are no longer useful. You can do the same thing with your life. Examine your habits, values, practices and philosophy that are not now serving your best interests. Eliminate them!

Believe and achieve

Your thinking, and beliefs, set the limits to what you can do. It overrides your potential. Reach deep within you, and feel and think that you can do the job at hand. You will create the result that you want.

Belief governs every situation in your life. Believe on the inner that you can, and see it manifested on the outer. Think, believe, set your mind to anything you want to accomplish, and with appropriate action you will succeed.

Thinking is magical in the sense that you create and manifest the life you want through the thinking process. Think and practice the Law of Deliberate Creation. You have the power and ability to do it.

Ask good questions

Ask good questions

Your future depends on your thinking. Questions normally start with the words who, why, when, what, and where. Questions are useful since within the seed of the question resides the answer. Moreover, you achieve your vision and your goals by asking discerning questions. A discerning question is one that goes to the root of the issue, and thereby draws out the truth, or unravels the reality, by exploring differing views.

Frame your questions well. Generally, your first reaction to situations is a negative one. This results from our training that focuses on what is not working, or on what is not right. You look for the exception. You concentrate on the variance, on what is missing, and not on what is present and good. This means that very often your first questions will be negatively directed. You must thus consciously ask a second and third question to get your perspective right through an appropriate positive question.

These simple guidelines create better questions, and lead to better results:

• Let your question begin with “what” or “how” instead of “why”

“when” or “who”

• The question should be personal and so contain the word “I” rather

than ”they” “them” “we” or “you”

• Provide an action step, or be action focused in your question.

These guidelines are intended to make you responsible for what is happening in your life. The “what” or “how” turns your attention inwards, when combined with “I.” The focus on action as opposed to grumbling, or making excuses complete the excellent question. Putting it all together the question becomes ” what can I do? ” You use your talents and brilliance when you act on the answer—you experience your fulfillment!

EMPOWER YOURSELF: Towards Your Self-Mastery

EMPOWER YOURSELF: Towards Your Self-Mastery: " Towards Your Self-Mastery As a human being, you naturally aspire to achieve something. You want to be a contribution..."

Towards Your Self-Mastery

Towards Your Self-Mastery

As a human being, you naturally aspire to achieve something. You want to be a contribution, and to be of value to people around you. Of course, in the process you want to experience joy, happiness, and fulfillment.

However, you have to be in control of yourself in order to make positive changes in the world. Self-mastery in relation to your life simply means that you must have balance in the major areas of your life: finance and career, relationships, health, spirituality, and personal empowerment and recreation.

These underlying elements provide the foundation for achieving balance in your life:

• Let your passion for living give you joy.

• Act consistently to pursue your passion.

Use every daily 24 hours wisely.

• Fill your mind with worthwhile information, and wisdom.

• Keep company with eagles, and not chickens.

• Keep your positive and negative emotions under control.

• Accept people, and situations, and allow them for what they are.

This will minimize inner frustration, emotional turmoil, worries,

and depression.

Self-mastery is not about perfectionism, nor do you have to be as evolved as Buddha or Jesus to be self-mastered. If you were sent on a quest to find “the perfect tree,” after investigation and discussion you would probably conclude that there is no one perfect tree.

It is the same with human beings. Each of us has his/her own unique way! This concept applies in the same way to self- mastery. Your quest is to be the most excellent person that you can be. Optimize your own uniqueness, and be comfortable with yourself.
