EMPOWER YOURSELF: Choices You Make Today Shape Your Future
Choices You Make Today Shape Your Future
CHOICES YOU MAKE TODAY SHAPE YOUR FUTURE
Your right to choose provides you with the key to unlock
any door you dare to want to enter. You can decide where
you are going to be, what you are going to do, and what
you choose to think. No one can take away your power to
choose. You choose your attitude to life. You choose
your core values.
You need to have relevant and quality information in
order to make sensible choices. You thus have a choice
to be reliably informed. You can choose to update your
knowledge continuously, and create a better universe
for yourself. You can choose your friends and associates.
You choose whether you have around you persons who
will help you with your personal growth, or persons
who will not support you to live your dreams powerfully.
Who you are today is as a result of your choices of
yesterday. Who you will be tomorrow or what you will
achieve in 5 years will depend on the choices you make
currently from moment to moment. Deliberately choose
wisely from moment to moment.

EMPOWER YOURSELF: Shift To A Different And Better Life
Shift To A Different And Better Life
SHIFT TO A DIFFERENT AND BETTER LIFE
Make your life for the next twelve months better than
The last 12 months by doing things differently. If you
Continue to do exactly what you have been doing
before, you will continue to get the same result that
you wish to change.
Change how you use and prioritize your time. Change
the people you spend time with: add persons with a
positive mind-set to your social network. Change your
thoughts to see positive possibilities: say to yourself,
yes this can be done and I will find a way, rather than
it will not work.
One of the most important things in life is having
a goal. The quality of the goal will determine the
quality of your life. The most important aspect of a
goal is having one. A GOAL is simply something you
want to achieve. You achieve your goal by having a
plan, strategy, tactics, and action. A PLAN is a
simple road map of achieving that goal. STRATEGY
is the overall game with the big steps. TACTICS are
the baby steps you have to take to achieve strategy.
ACTION is the energy that materializes the goal.
You must take massive, consistent, relevant action
for your plans to materialize. Just take one action
step at a time with focused determination, and the
ensuing year will be your best year in life so far.

EMPOWER YOURSELF: KEEP YOUR JOURNAL OF GRATITUDE
KEEP YOUR JOURNAL OF GRATITUDE
Keep Your Journal Of Gratitude
Have you ever started something, and did not finish it? Most
of us have experienced this. Perhaps you can conduct an
experiment to combat this. Keep a Journal of Gratitude for
thirty consecutive days. A notebook, or copybook will do,
or use your computer, if you are so inclined. Thirty
consecutive days is suggested, as research shows this period
will increase the habit becoming ingrained in your
consciousness, and strengthen your inner exploration.
Gratitude helps you to understand your past, and creates a
new sense of hope for tomorrow. The concept is simple.
You are trained from birth to look for what’s missing,
and not what you have. The logical outcome is that you
want more and more. In fact, that’s what success is all
about. I am inviting you to deliberately focus on an
attitude of gratitude. This will generate more of what you
want in your life. There is an ancient spiritual law that
says, the more you are grateful for what
you have, the more abundance will flow into your life.
The process of keeping the journal is that every day for
thirty consecutive days, you record what you are grateful
for in your life. It may be something special that occurred
that day, or your health, your relationships, your spiritual
consciousness, your career, or whatever you believe makes
your life worthwhile. Be as specific as possible. The more
specific you are, the more terrific you will become. Target
each day to record at least five things for which you are
thankful. Do not repeat the same thing a second time
within the thirty days. Look for a new thanksgiving each day.
Avoid the temptation to keep repeating the same things
each day. Look for the silver lining in what is taking place
with different situations each day. This positive expectancy
will generate new possibilities in your life, and will open up
creative opportunities for you. Give yourself this gift for
the next thirty consecutive days. Go for it. You can do it.
