Integrity in yourself means that you know what you

stand for, you are true to your values, and you limit the

self-doubt you have about your potential, talents, and abilities.

Your life takes on meaning when you are helping or

supporting others to be the best expressions of themselves.

Society moves forward when we are helping each other,

while in the process of helping ourselves. When you use

your talents well you fulfill your destiny, and move the

planet forward.

The bottom line is that progress is measured by results that

make a positive difference to the world. Whatever you do

should therefore meet the standard of contributing to the

progress of society. This needs to be merely small simple

contributing steps. You can be a beacon of light in this

wondrous world.
