Overwhelmed By Mountains of Activities In Your Life?
A full and fruitful life requires you to take massive daily action. Having
the desire to act is natural, and when you do not accomplish all that
comes to mind to do, you can feel overwhelmed, distressed, or
disappointed. Also, the more lofty your dreams or goals, the greater is
the number of activities that appear to be required. You can overcome
this discomfort.
The Law of Attraction has a wide base of processes as developed by
‘Abraham’ to help you to deal energetically to balance your life. One
of these 22 processes is ”The Place Mat” that helps when you are
overwhelmed.
At night before you retire to sleep, list all the activities that you
believe need doing the next day Then draw a vertical line down
the middle of a new sheet. You may have 10 or more things that
you believe should be addressed, but on the left side of the divided
page indicate what are the “must do” activities; that is, those events
that you consider absolutely necessary to be done tomorrow if you
are to enjoy the life you want. All activities are not equally important
or must be done on that day. You must prioritize and differentiate
to achieve your goals.
The remaining items from your original list should be placed on the
right side of the divided page. The left side of the page is headed
”Activities must be done today.” The right side is headed
“Activities for orchestration by the Universe.” When this Place Mat
Process is consistently practiced daily, you will be surprised to
discover how people, resources, circumstances, events, and
opportunities converge to take care of
the Universe’s list. Try the
process for 3 months and experience the amazing results.
