Your Four Secrets To Astonishing Success

There are four secrets, if followed, can result in your astonishing

success. They are:

• A clear and specific vision

• Consistent and relevant action on the vision

• Accept that it is not too late to begin

• Recognize the team you need

You must be clear and specific on what you want. If you do not know what you

want, then you will not know what is relevant to get your choice. All success comes from action that is appropriate, consistent and massive. There are many

distractions, barriers, and challenges all around us and thus you ought to have strong reasons for wanting your particular goal. Identify those reasons, and the stronger they are, the more likely you will be able to overcome your distractions and focus on achieving your goals and vision.

In many instances, you have a desire or dream and much time has passed without your pursuing or accomplishing it. Be clear that it is never too late to start or continue. There is always a possibility of success. In my case, I am 80 years old and still pursue my passion for polishing the speaking and communication skills of senior corporate executives.

You cannot by yourself accomplish anything of great significance. Other persons are needed to support your major effort. Recognize and identify your team. It may include simply your other significant one, siblings, particular friends, or a specialized professional team with diverse skills.  I could not have achieved all that I did on my life’s journey without multifarious teams of persons who provided tremendous support for my efforts and vision. Acknowledge your team continuously to inspire their continued support.
