Create More Meaning To Your Life

CHARGE YOUR LIFE ANEW

You are striving to improve your performance to a higher level that you are quite capable of doing. Here are some tools that can help you on your high performance success journey.

Research has shown the seven most common traits of High Performance Achievers. Thus, if you systematically adopt these attributes you will improve on your own performance.

[1] Be open and observant in the moment: be more patient, more tolerant, more receptive of whatever comes your way, and more creative in how you understand a situation.

{2} Be future oriented: Be genuinely enthusiastic about your envisioned futures and feel empowered to take the steps necessary to turn your dreams into realities.

{3} Be a Challenge Seeker: To live an empowered life you have to stretch, express, and realize yourself, and this will only occur when you are challenged.

{4} You must be deeply interested in, and authentically connect with others: You must love people, and have a deep sense of curiosity and respect for others—genuinely listen to their dreams, fears and daily realities.

{5} Be self-reliant: March to your own drum, but welcome company on your journey. However, do not feel responsible for making everyone around you happy, if it means that you have to compromise your own values.

{6} Be creatively driven: Be a creator, artist, designer, storyteller, and thought leader. Tune in to your own unique expressive perspective.

{7} Give meaning to your day: Have deep respect and desire to create meaningful moments in your life. Strive to achieve worthy goals that tie your passion and life’s purpose together.

The above 7 elements are adapted from Best Selling Author Brendon Burchard’s book “The Charge.” www.brendonburchard.com
