INCREASED AWARENESS UPGRADES YOUR SUCCESS

6 Awareness Areas To Improve Successful Performance

SHIFT YOUR NEEDLE OF PERFORMANCE

Your journey of life depends on your state of
awareness in the critical areas that structure
performance. Awareness simply requires you
to pay special attention to what is taking place
around you. You need to be alert to and focused
on what is relevant to the moment, place and people.

The 6 areas of awareness that require your
attention are outlined below, not necessarily in
priority order. This is developed from the
training received from my Coach, Brendon Burchard.

[1] Awareness of what you want to do: purpose.
How do you make a societal contribution?
[2] Awareness of what you are putting your
attention on: presence. In every human encounter,
ensure that you are fully present. On a scale of 1 to 10,
if you are not 7 or above, you are not adequately present.
[3] Awareness of what are your values: psychology.
What are your personal values? What is your truth?
[4] Awareness that you should have adequate daily
rest and hydration: physiology.  Research shows that
on average you should get 7 to 8 hours of sleep, and
drink 6 litres of water. This simple daily routine will
give you the energy that is needed to pursue your goals.
[5] Awareness of the actions that are necessary to
produce the targeted results to achieve your dreams:
productivity. The many distractions in your
environment require you to deal with activities that
are in alignment with your vision.
[6] Awareness that you need to be enthusiastic and
energetic, if you want to exercise influence over others:
persuasion. You have to be bold about challenging
yourself to reach great heights.

Driving these elements resides well within your
potential. You can do it. It’s possible!

Be amazing and incredible
